How long are your leases?
Leases are on a month to month basis by default, but can be renewed on an annual basis at a discounted rate.
Do you Pro-Rate?
Leases are pro-rated during the first month only. After that, monthly leases are billed for the entire month on the 5th of the month.
How much is due at lease signing?
The first month is due at the time of signing.
How much of a notice is due upon before moving out?
We require a 15 day notice. If you notify us between the 1st through the 15th, your lease will end on the last day of the month. If it is after the 15th, your lease will end on the last day of the following month and you will be billed for the next month.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept electronic drafts.
How do I make a payment?
WeSTOR will establish a monthly recurring automatic payment for a straight forward leasing experience.
When can I access my space?
Once all documents are signed and payment has cleared, you will assigned a space and an access code. After that, you can access your space at any time.
What types of documentation must be provided to rent a space?
You must submit the items below in order to receive your access code:
- Government Issued ID (Drivers License, State ID, Passport)
- Vehicle/Vessel Proof of Registration
- Proof of Insurance
- License Plate or VIN
